International VC17m antifouling paint creates an incredibly smooth surface even without sanding. Its low friction finish can then be burnished to create an even smoother finish. International VC17m antifouling paint dries in 20 minutes to a very smooth, low friction surface, doesn't create a build up of paint and is suitable for burnishing to provide a smoother finish. It is a hard antifouling for boat hulls (below the waterline), suitable for: sea water, fresh water and brackish water. Typical Shelf Life: 2 Years. Do not brush apply. This is a flammable liquid and vapor and can cause skin and eye irritation.
