Outboard Kill Switch with Kill Cord Lanyard

The Trem kill switch with coiled kill cord is universal and can be fitted to most outboard engine brands.

• Most modern outboard engines are designed with a cut-off switch as standard, but should yours need replacing or you wish to install an emergency cut-off switch to your engine then this universal model is ideal
• The kill switch is designed to be wired into the ignition circuit, with the key end of the red coiled lanyard attached to the switch and the clip end attached to the helm - in the event that the helm is thrown overboard, the key will become disconnected from the switch and therefore the engine is cut
• The red kill cord is coiled allowing for a range of movement when operating the boat
• The switch can open or close the circuit, depending on which way the terminals are connected
