They are moulded from a glass-reinforced nylon composite which provides superior durability over other traditional metal hose reducers such as bronze, brass or DZR hose fittings.
By using composite hose reducers you eliminate the corrosion and electrical bonding problems associated with other metallic marine fittings. They are designed to suit fixing with two hose clamps or clips at each end and will not crush under high load.
